Refunds
We want you to love everything you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of shipment date, excluding SALE items marked as Final Sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@martizflair.com.
Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes, if any) are not refundable. For returns, please note that we charge a restocking fee of $8 for all US returns, which will be deducted from your refund.
However, we do not charge the restocking fee for customers who choose the store credit options during the return process.
Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined. Please ship back returns from separate orders individually and include a copy of your order confirmation, invoice or packing slip.
Transactions made during promotions such as "purchase-with-gift" promotions or items noted as final sale during promotional events are final sale unless otherwise noted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
