Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship USA domestic excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, AFA, AFE, AFP.

Orders with Standard Shipping can take up to 1-3 days to be processed and shipped.
Orders with Express or Priority Shipping placed before 10 AM ET will be processed and shipped the following business day, subject to payment facility/credit card successful payment validation/completion. Orders placed after 10 AM ET will be processed and shipped the following two business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM ET will be processed and shipped on the following two business days (excluding holidays), subject to shipping method chosen (Standard, Express or Priority Shipping).

The estimated delivery dates shown at check-out include processing times. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Hence, please account for non-business days when deciding on your shipping method. An email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24-48 business hours of shipment.

Please note on Express or Priority orders - If this shipping method is selected, please note that delays can still happen that are out of our control. Hence, we are not able to guarantee that your package will arrive by a certain date. Kindly please take this into consideration when selecting an expedited order. We cannot refund expedited shipping charges if the order was shipped with the selected shipping method within 3 business days of receipt. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
